What is KX-RUN?

KX-RUN is a High Performance Outdoor Fitness Program combining jogging and interval training; finishing off with a Dynamic Pilates element that will literally leave you breathless!

Not a good runner? NO PROBLEM! We Understand you may be just starting out your running career. Don’t be afraid – come down and try KX RUN out! You have to start somewhere!

When:

Saturday’s @ 9am – 10:30am

(8:45am meet up / stretch up – program starts 9am SHARP!)

Price:

Registration: $30.00

This gets you a place in the exclusive KX Run group as well as a KX Run singlet, which must be worn by all participants at every session. This helps keep everyone together and for safety, makes the group easy to spot.

To pay your registration fee visit our online store. At the top right of the screen select Gift Certificates/Credits and select KX RUN Joining Fee / Singlet from the drop down list. After payment has been completed just forward the receipt onto Eliza at kxrun@kxpilates.com.au with your singlet size. Singlets can either be picked up at either studio or your trainer will have them on the day.

For those of you who wisely choose to purchase your Pilates classes in session packs (5, 10, 20, 50 or monthly unlimited),  after your registration fee of $30 is paid – KX RUN becomes FREE OF CHARGE!

For all KX Pilates newbie’s the charge will be $30 per registration fee and $15 per person, per session, which is to be paid in cash on the day.

Under our PORT MELBOURNE Schedule under Saturday you will see 8:45am KX Run. This is listed in the system as a free class so don’t stress – no credits will be taken off of your account. Please register each week so we know numbers. There is no limit to the number of people allowed to participate in each session, so you’ll never miss out.

If for any reason you can’t make it to a KX Run session you have registered for, please let us know by 8pm on the Friday before.  This is particularly important for a session with low registration numbers as we require a minimum of two people for KX Run to go ahead (just like KX Pilates classes).
