KX – 101 (Beginners)
Recommended for first time KX Pilates students or for clients who wish to work at a gentler pace. Basic moves at a basic pace – the perfect place to start.

Intermediate
A general class where a reasonable amount of fitness is needed.

KX – CRUISE
A slower class for our mature clients or people with lower levels of fitness who are just happy to cruise. A gentle class with basic moves.

PT (Personal Training the KX way)
One-on-one Pilates training specifically tailored to your needs. Whether you are just starting out in Pilates and need extra attention or you would like a program designed specifically for you, KX one-on-one can work for you.

Cancellation Policy:
For ALL morning classes, a cancellation / rescheduling notice is required before 9pm the night before to avoid being charged for the class. For all other classes a 6hr cancellation / rescheduling notice is required, NO exceptions. By booking into a class you agree on the above cancellation policy.
