Join Eva Sleep for a 5 week course designed to cover the foundations of all poses you will meet in class. Held every Sunday night, the Foundations Course will be suitable if you are new to yoga or curious with your practice, wanting a better understanding of your poses and to build correct foundations.
We will work through breath, movement and postures to deepen your understanding of the anatomy, and allow you to work through a safer and stronger practice.
Each week we will work on a different focus as we want to give you the best possible start to what we hope will be a lifelong yoga love affair offering vibrant energy and wholesome good health.
