We are SUPER EXCITED to announce our very first Pilates and Barre 6 Week ‘DEFINE YOURSELF’ Challenge, together with renowned Australian Nutritionist, Lola Berry! Let KX help you achieve your fitness, wellness and personal weight loss goals.
With a Bachelor of Health Science, Lola knows what she’s talking about, and she’s got a secret: the most nutritious, healthy food is also the tastiest! She has written 4 books and is extremely passionate about eating well. As part of our challenge, you will receive online nutritional advice to get you started as well as 2 weekly meal plans and ongoing weekly tips and recipes.
The Challenge starts on the 4th May and includes 3 Pilates (and/or Barre*) classes per week and 2 cardio sessions at home per week as well as online KX Trainer support and before and after photos and measurements.
You will also be able to purchase additional KX classes at a cheaper price** should you wish to attend more than 3 classes per week throughout the Challenge period.
