It depends how far along you are. If you are new to KX Pilates, we ask that you not start our classes until after your pregnancy. For current clients, you can attend group classes but only until you’re 15 weeks along. After this, due to our dynamic style of training, you can no longer attend group classes. We do however recommend you either have a private session or attend our Reformer Prenatal or KX Barre Bump classes (subject to availability).
