That depends on the individual. Ninety nine percent of our new clients do just fine attending a Beginner class. With classes ranging from a maximum of 12-16 clients, the Trainer can modify exercises to suit differing abilities. Although still quite intense, classes are broken down using simple exercises so all individuals get the most out of their workout. If you have chronic back pain, are coming back from an injury or are pregnant, a one-on-one session would be best to assess your situation.

We do however reserve the right for Owners and/or Trainers to restrict clients to a particular class type for safety reasons if necessary.
