The post I am throwing back to you..
Apologies for the late post this week – the silly season is very much upon us and it is affecting my schedule also! Today’s post is all about questions. After being in the fitness industry for 10 years, and teaching pilates for 5 years; it all equates to a lot of hours training clients. With many hours in the gym and studios doing what I love the most (talking that is!), this also equates to many questions being asked. This post is not about me today, this post is about you; today is your day. I would like to ask you what you want to know. What questions you may have relating to anything health and fitness, diet and exercise, training, pilates etc.
The one thing I have noticed about the clients who come to KX is that they are very similar in their fitness goals and interests, so chances are that if you have a question then others are thinking the same things too.
