A live, interactive 60 minute, full body, high energy KX Reformer classes designed to stretch, strengthen and challenge the body. Helping to tone, create better body symmetry and get your heart rate pumping.
A live, interactive 45 minute class which uses a mix of high energy standing floor exercises with traditional mat Pilates and other lying floor based exercises. All fused into one class to create the ultimate full body dynamic mat workout.
From an early age, Aaron has had a passion for helping people succeed, and his passion for fitness started in his late teens when it transformed his life. The combination of both is why his career in fitness has spanned over 18 years and 3 continents.
With a background in Exercise Physiology, Personal Training and Dynamic Pilates, Aaron founded KX Pilates in 2010 and has never looked back. His training style is fun and cheeky yet tough, with his philosophy being “What doesn’t challenge you won’t change you.” Get ready to Define Yourself.

Dynamic Pilates has been the culmination of life work. After years of study in psychology and neuroscience at university, Kylie was certain that the best way to help others would be through a practical application. She discovered KX whilst completing her Honours in Health Science and teaching yoga. Kylie fell in love with KX as a way to combine her passion for mental and physical wellbeing. Beginning as a Melbourne KX trainer in 2016, she was proud to bring the dynamic movement to her hometown of Perth in 2018.
Along with comprehensive Pilates and Yoga certifications, Cert 3 in fitness and a degree in Science, Kylie’s approach to training is continuously evolving movements creating focus and control within the body. You can expect a combination of vinyasa style sequencing with High Intensity and a Pilates core focus.

For Dynamic Mat Classes: We recommend placing your computer on the ground in front of your mat, with your mat horizontal
For Reformer Classes: We recommend placing your computer on a table or a chair, pointed to the corner of the footbar
When you lie down on your mat stand up, make sure your full body is in frame
Ensure your device is flipped so that the screen is horizontal
Ensure you have you device volume up to full so it is easy to hear the Trainer and music
Chrome cast your device to your TV
AirPlay your device to your Apple TV

If you are using your iPhone or iPad, we recommend using a Lightning Digital AV Adapter and a HDMI cable to connect to your TV.
Once you have complete the registration form, you will automatically be emailed a link to join the class.
15 minutes before the scheduled class time simply click on the emailed link select your preferred class time.
