MISSED SOMETHING?

Not at all, in fact our beginner classes are made for people new to exercise and reformer Pilates.

Each of our studios run small group workouts with a maximum of 14 clients per class. Our trainers build modifications into each exercises to accommodate individual physical abilities and limitations.

Reformer Pilates is more than stretching —appropriate clothing is essential as you are going to work up a sweat.

We recommend activewear for our workouts: gym tights, leggings or shorts on bottom, and either a t-shirt, singlet or crop on top.

Sayonara shoes, our workouts are completed with bare feet; although socks are most welcome provided you can still grip the reformer with each foot.

If you are attending a KX workout for the first time, please arrive at least 10 minutes early.

Your trainer will greet you and give you a rundown of the studio and our reformer prior to the class starting. You’ll also be given the opportunity to discuss any physical limitations or injuries to ensure your first class is sweaty, but safe.

Each studio has space to store your bags and shoes — mobile phones are not permitted in the workout area of the studio while classes are running.

Everyone starts with our beginner level class, even if you are familiar with Pilates or reformer Pilates.

The resistance on our reformer machines paired with our expertise combinations target specific muscle groups that you seldom use; you might be surprised how challenging our workout it.

Once you have built stamina and pace on the reformer bed we invite you to move into our intermediate and then advanced classes.
